SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days ship same day. All peptides are shipped with packaging ice packs and desiccant packets (Dependent on the destination). Tracking information is emailed automatically upon shipment.
• PROCESSING TIMES
• TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier. Please note that tracking information is provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 2 hours after pickup to begin updating.
If you do not receive tracking details within 24-48 hours of your expected shipping date, please contact us at support@ruinedrx.com for assistance.
• DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please allow up to 24 hours, as carriers may occasionally update tracking before final delivery. If the package still has not arrived after this period, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. In the event a shipment is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
RUINEDRX is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
• RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we are unable to ship overnight or 2-day orders to P.O. boxes; however, standard shipping may still be available to those addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Certain destinations may be restricted based on applicable state laws or regulatory requirements. If your shipping address is affected, you will be notified during the checkout process.
